Educational Qualifications
Each post requires a different level of education:
1. For Sub Inspector (General Duty):
Minimum FA/FSc or equivalent qualification.

2. For Havildar and Naik (General Duty):
Minimum Matriculation or equivalent.
3. For Sepoy Clerk:
FA/FSc with a one-year Computer Diploma in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. For Sepoy (General Duty):
Minimum 8th class passed.
Physical Requirements
To be eligible physically, candidates must meet the following standards:
- 1. Minimum height should be 5 feet 6 inches (Preference will be given to taller candidates).
- 2. Chest size should be 33 inches (with an expansion of 1.5 inches).
- 3. Minimum weight should be 121 pounds (approximately 55 kilograms), and maximum weight as per Body Mass Index (BMI) standards.
Note: Candidates must pass the initial and final medical examinations.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 30 years (including 5 years age relaxation allowed by the government).
The age will be calculated based on the date 30th April 2025.Younger candidates will be preferred for selection, keeping the physical nature of duties in mind.

Documents Required at Registration
Candidates must bring original documents along with two photocopies of each:
- 1. Original educational certificates/degrees. If 8th class passed, bring a School Leaving Certificate verified by the District Education Officer.
- 2. Original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) issued by NADRA.
- 3. Original domicile certificate or Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC).
- 4. Four recent passport-size color photographs (attested).
- 5. NOC (No Objection Certificate) for candidates already serving in any government or semi-government organization. Without NOC, such candidates will not be allowed to register.
Selection Process
The recruitment process will include the following stages:
- 1. Physical Test: Bring joggers/PT shoes for running and physical activities.
- 2. Written Test: Bring writing materials like a pen or pencil.
- 3. Psychological Test and Interview, Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
- 4. Final Selection: Based on overall performance and merit, at the Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Karachi.
- 5. Final Medical Examination, Conducted at Sindh Rangers Hospital, Karachi. Candidates must pay the fee themselves.
